Signs of economic recovery in Marbella

Marbella starts to see signs of economic recovery. This is proved by the new general plan, which has ensures that there is more certainty and planning  that will favour the return of investment.

The town is beginning to look more and more attractive for foreign investors. Over 1000 businesses have applied for business permits. Thanks to great communication connections (AVE, Málaga airport and the Mediterranean Motorway), an increasing number of families will move to Costa del Sol. In addition to the traditional source countries such as Germany or England, is producing a surge in Central Europe, Russian, Scandinavian and Arabic.

One of the efforts that has to be overcome is that Marbella shouldn’t be just a place of vacation properties and second homes. Regarding this, the new general pln is working to create a true financial hub. Views of Marbella
