The commercial property market is now on the rise, after two years of struggles, well ahead of the residential sector. The crisis of this commercial property market has provoked an average decline of 30% in rental prices since early 2008, and reducing the number of square feet of rented office to the levels from 2001 and 2002 (from 300,000 to 4,000 m annual review.) Companies have taken advantage of these prices to change their offices to better locations.

According to the data, the prices per square meters of offices in business centers of large cities are in the range between 28 and 30 euros per square meter per month compared to a peak of 40-42 euros.

Nowadays, actually Madrid and Barcelona sum up a stock of almost 2 million sqm of office space available for rent. These numbers have never beeen reached before.
