Today’s El Mundo online edition features an interesting tool. You can consult the average  prices per sqm of homes in your province and neighbourhood, according to estimations done by real estate valuer Tasamadrid. A map of Spain with all its provinces helps you navigate between cities and postal codes. Click here for more details.

How much is your house worth in Spain

For example, the average price of a square meter in the Málaga province is 2075 Euros for a new property and 1804  Euros for pre-owned houses.

The cheapest homes are in Cuenca, with a reported 969 Euros/sqm for a new home and 978 Euros/sqm for a pre-owned home.
