Realia closes the biggest real estate transaction of the year in Spain

We talked in a recent post about the growing collaboration between the Spanish real estate investors and the German ones. This news comes as a proof of this statement.

Realia, the real estate group owned by FCC and Caja Madrid, has managed to close the biggest real estate transaction of the year for the Spanish market. They sold the office building Diagonal 640 in Barcelona for 145 million Euros to Deja Immobilien Cristalia, a German real estate investment fund.

According to a communiqué issued by the company, this is the biggest transaction realized in Spain. Transaction marks the return of the possibility of financing in the market for these types of buildings.
