4 reasons for living in the Costa del Sol

The Costa del Sol is a great tourism magnet and it is very developed. But why would you live here?

1. The sun. As we mentioned in an earlier article, Costa del Sol boasts 320 days of sunshine per year. Just think about lying in the sun in late October-early November!

2. Golf. The Costa del Sol features over 30 golf courses, a sport which is very popular in this part of the country.

3. Great resorts. If you are a fan on luxury and exclusiveness, you must choose Marbella as a resort, with Puerto Banus as its ostentatious marina. Marbella is full of life and expensive restaurants and shops. Estepona is more quiet and Nerja is famous for its beaches. Everywhere you go, you will find a mix of old and new, a typical characteristic of this part of the country.

4. Great accessibility. The infrastructure is developed and you can find connections to practically everywhere. You have the Malaga airport, highways, trains and, of course, ports.
